RETURNS
Before asking for an authorization return, be sure you have not passed the 10 days delay following the reception of the order. No authorization return will be accepted if the request was not done in the delay allowed.
All returns must be pre-approved with an authorization number before shipping the order back to La Releve du Quebec .ca
For doing a request for an authorization return, please send an email to infos@LaReleveDuQuebec.ca with the order details like the date it was placed, the shipping address, your name and the reason of the return.

Each CD must be approved by La
Releve du Quebec .ca
If your CD is accepted you must have an inventory ready for shipping, 10 CDs minimum. ( Case, plastic seal, etc...).
All CD with some "Quebec musical industry" in the creation is allowed. (example, 1 singer from another province/country that came to Québec to record his CD with musicians from Quebec/ in a Studio in Québec /etc..., would be eligible to become a member.)
We will also bring back the concept of "singles" that will mainly be 1 CD with 3 songs.

La Releve du Quebec .ca will take care of your products from the sale to the shipping, while also collecting the paiements and distributing to our members their share of the sales. When your first inventory will be sold we will contact you to order the second inventory and pay your share of the first inventory, and so on...
You will NEVER have to pay any fees to be a member of La Releve du Quebec .ca, only the amount from the sale agreed in the service agreement between you and La Releve du Quebec .ca
As a member you will have a section for a description of the artist and/or the CD, a link to your website, 2 images of the CD. You will get in both French and English, your own webpage with only your product and a link to your other CD (if applicable) on La Releve du Quebec .ca
